- PBRNR is a 12-month CCNE-accredited trainee residency with 100% protected learning time and a three-phase curriculum. US citizen; BSN or MSN from a CCNE/ACEN program (ADN accepted only for the separate RN Transition-to-Practice track); graduated no more than 12 months before start; must be the applicant's first RN position; unrestricted RN license by start date.
