Between exams, clinicals and the NCLEX, nobody has time to refresh hospital careers pages. We list 132 programs across California, read most of their pages every day, usually several times, and email you the day one opens near you.
We have checked 404 of all 408 licensed California hospitals against the state's own registry, and counting.

We track new grad RN residencies at 259 California hospitals, reading their own pages and job boards three times a day. Every day we also scan over 10,000 job postings for new grad openings we might have missed. The few we still check by hand say so on their pages.

Why the alerts are free, and staying free
Most residency windows are open for a week or two, and most new grads hear about them from a classmate or a Facebook group after they close. Nobody should lose a year of their career to a deadline they never saw.
Other sites charge nurses a monthly fee for this list. We won't. The listings and the alerts stay free, with no paywall between a nurse and a job.
