- More than 25 years of pediatric RN Residency, historically on the Versant model. One-year program with a 1:1 preceptor plus a mentor and a simulation-heavy curriculum at the Las Madrinas Simulation Center. Two-round interview process: a 15-minute screen followed by a panel interview. ADN accepted for Med-Surg units, ED, Float and Inpatient Rehab only; ADN hires must enroll in a BSN program within 2 years. Other units BSN/MSN.
