The free alerts

Listings and alerts are free. No account and no card. We'll email you the day a program opens in your area, for the programs we can monitor. We work hard to get every date right, but hospitals change their pages without notice, so always check the hospital's own page before you apply. Unsubscribe any time with one click.

Residency Ready, the optional toolkit

Price: $29 for the first 7 days of launch, then $49. One-time payment, no subscription. Stripe handles the payment.

Delivery: your toolkit is usually ready a couple of minutes after you pay. If it ever takes longer, we'll get it to you soon. Questions? Reply to your payment email or write to hello@nursegradalert.com.

Your toolkit lessons have lifetime access with no recurring fee. Save your personal files within seven days of delivery. On day 8 we delete your personal files from our site: your new resume, your experience summary, your interview prep, your playbook and the prompts filled in with your facts. The resume you uploaded is deleted as soon as your toolkit is made. Your picks, their ready folders (without your facts), your Ready Check ticks and the lessons stay on your page. We also keep the date your best first shot is expected to open (public program data). Your saved copies, like the playbook you download, are yours to keep. We keep your purchase email and access record so you can return to the lessons. Unpaid drafts are deleted after seven days.

One base resume in Word and PDF is included. The lessons help you find openings, prepare applications and practice interviews in your own ChatGPT account. You review the results and submit applications yourself. No job or interview is guaranteed.

Refunds

Not happy? Tell us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. The 30 days start when your toolkit is delivered. You do not have to finish every guide.

Ready or Refunded: finish all 8 steps of the Ready Check in your toolkit. If you’re still not ready to apply, email us within 90 days of buying. We’ll fix what’s missing or refund every dollar, and you keep your files. No one can promise you a job. We promise you’ll be prepared to apply.

Your part

You check your facts before you pay, you review everything we make, and you send your applications yourself. Please do not include patient information. What we keep and for how long is on our privacy page.
