Privacy
The short version: we collect your email address and the regions you pick, we use them to send you the alerts you asked for, and that's it.
What we collect
Your email address, the California regions you choose, and which page you signed up from. That's the whole list. No name, no resume, no account, no payment details, ever.
What we do with it
We email you when a residency program opens in your regions, remind you before a known deadline passes, and send a weekly roundup of what's open. We also keep a record of what we sent you, so we never send the same alert twice.
What we never do
We don't sell your address, share it with hospitals, sponsors or anyone else, or use it for anything beyond the emails described above. Sponsors, if we ever have them, get a labeled slot in our emails; they never get the list.
Leaving
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click. Unsubscribing stops everything immediately. If you want your address deleted entirely rather than just silenced, email hello@nursegradalert.com and we'll remove it.
Visits
We use privacy-friendly page analytics to count visits, with no cookies and no tracking across other sites. We can see which pages are read, not who read them.
