- Paid one-year Adult RN Residency offered three times per year with an RN mentor, structured peer support groups, competency-based skills training, interactive workshops and guided career planning. Application period opens roughly 3 to 4 months before each start date; must have under 12 months of RN work experience by program start. ANCC PTAP designation pursued for both the Medical Center and Children's Hospital programs. BSN or MSN required by program start; BSN equivalency not accepted.
