- Paid one-year Adult RN Residency offered three times per year with an RN mentor, structured peer support groups, competency-based skills training, interactive workshops and guided career planning. Application period opens roughly 3 to 4 months before each start date; must have under 12 months of RN work experience by program start. ANCC PTAP designation pursued for both the Medical Center and Children's Hospital programs.
