Notes from our research: System-wide Nurse Residency. Must be a graduate of a state-approved accredited nursing program, have graduated no more than 18 months before the program start date, have under 12 months of RN work experience at start, and hold an unencumbered CA RN license and AHA BLS by start. The Spring 2026 external application window was November 10-14, 2025; internal opened November 3.
