Notes from our research: System-wide 40-week New Graduate RN Training Program with clinical coaches and preceptors. Must have graduated within the past 12 months, have 6 months or less of RN experience, hold a CA RN license by start and AHA BLS, with ACLS for select units. Must be willing to work both day and night shifts during the program and nights after completion. Applicants receive a status update within 6 weeks of the deadline.
