- 6-month cohort program offered Spring and Fall: 6 weeks of intensive classroom development, preceptored unit orientation, professional seminars in months 4-6, and an evidence-based practice project. CA RN license and AHA BLS required at time of hire; BSN must be obtained within 4 years of hire (ADN accepted). ANCC PTAP accredited with distinction (December 2022); roughly 90% one-year retention.
