- 8-12 week cohort-based residency (classroom and skills lab, supportive debriefings, 1:1 preceptor on clinical shifts). Open to nurses who graduated from an accredited pre-licensure program within 2 years of the start date; may apply before taking NCLEX but must pass by program start; BSN preferred. No PTO during the residency and must work variable shifts. Permanent unit placement follows completion.
