LA General has run new grad RN cohort hiring, with an April start reported by 2025 applicants, and the DHS Office of Nursing Affairs (ONA@dhs.lacounty.gov, 213-288-7702) coordinates nurse recruitment and specialty training programs such as Basic and Advanced Critical Care, ER, OR and chemotherapy certification. Hiring runs through LA County civil service via Registered Nurse I exam and certification lists.
