System-wide and NOT a separate application: every newly hired RN with under 1 year of acute care experience is automatically enrolled in the 88-hour, 6-month residency at Sutter Health University; specialty pathways for ED, OR, Critical Care and L&D. New grads apply to unit-level RN or new-grad job postings at individual Sutter hospitals.
