Dameron's site describes a new graduate residency, but it lists no dates and no way to apply, and that description has not changed since 2022. We have not been able to confirm the program is running. For now, new nurses can look at Dameron's job portal for "RN Staff 1" positions, which are for nurses with under 6 months of experience.
